Return Policy

Perfumehandmades provides refunds for unused lesson credits under certain circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to review.

If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will not result in loss of session credit.

Workshop registrations may be refunded if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop date. Refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are subject to a processing fee.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase in EUR (Euro).

Digital materials, recorded sessions, and completed lessons are non-refundable. Once a lesson has been conducted, it cannot be refunded.
